Anton Pickard - Peeper frogs in the spring (Canada)

from Music for Sleep: field recordings by Cities and Memory

/

about

This is a recording made of Peeper frogs in a marsh at night. This is a mating call that happens during a very short season in the Spring. The high whistles at a low volume can be very relaxing and hypnotic. Recorded at the Tiny Marsh Conservation area in Tiny, Ontario.
