Patrick Bridge - Times Square monologue (New York)

from Sounds from the USA by Cities and Memory

/

about

Times Square, New York under lockdown reimagined by Patrick Bridge.

"I was interested in the rhythm of the voice, the reference to covid 19 and the brief personal story it contained. I layered this exchange in a pretty intuitive way to give a sense of a break up of familiar linear narrative. There's a monotony which accompanies the current lockdown and that was something that I played around with too."
